Programme 2010-11
We meet at Friends Meeting House, Manchester on the second Wednesday each month – for programme see below. A number of us go on afterwards to The Waterhouse in Princess Street opposite the town hall.
We meet informally on fourth Tuesdays most months (not July, August, December) at various locations in central Manchester. For topics and venues see calendar.
A local group meets in Buxton on third Mondays of most months – see calendar for details.
A local group is also being formed in Stockport. The inaugural meeting will be held at 7.30 pm on Sunday 12 September at the Arden Arms. This is located behind ASDA; the nearby New Bridge Lane car park is free at that time. All welcome. For further details, contact the secretary.
We have developed an introductory course on Humanism for public presentation: Exploring Humanism – An Introductory Course. The next presentation will be held at Friends Meeting House on six Monday evenings (7-9pm) starting 1 November. Course fee (to cover costs): £14. For further details, contact the secretary.
